Redefining the online shopping experience: UX analysis for a makeup e-commerce

I conducted a heuristic analysis, followed by a usability test on the purchase flow of a makeup e-commerce site. UX study and product page redesign for a furniture e-commerce

In this furniture e-commerce project, I used data insights and user-centered design. I analyzed heatmaps and session recordings to identify pain points, conducted competitor benchmarking, and created a strategic wireframe to improve user interaction and conversion rates. The results?
